So today I wanted to give a couple tips for boosting breakfast!
But before that...
I know we talk about eating carbs at night and how it’s not bad for you, I promise it’s not going to make you gain weight if you’re eating later in the day than people tell you is socially acceptable.
I’d be seriously overweight if that was the case.
What I really want for all of you is more awareness that eating food that you love is going to make your life so much easier.
Can you sustain that crash diet you tried? No? Stop it!
You are going to have to eat that way forever when you go on a diet in order to sustain it. It doesn’t solve your problems AT ALL!
